Ed Welling

Founder, designer, sometimes production guy

Ed started up Kingwood Laser in 1995.  He really enjoys the challenge of designing just the right solution to a customer's need.  He has been Scoutmaster, District Commissioner, Program Committee Chair and member of the Sam Houston Area Council committee.  He speaks and understands Scouting.  

Jim Stephenson

Production Manager

Jim has a background in electrical engineering and joined Kingwood Laser in 2004 after a lengthy management career  with AT&T.  Jim is responsible for all the larger projects and his goal is to make every product just a little bit better than the last one.  Jim is really, really good at his job!

Sarge

Shop Dog

Sarge hangs around with Ed - like a shadow!  He is a rescue from Hurricane Harvey.  One of his favorite things is chewing up pencils or most anything else he finds on the floor.
